Men's toilet in Japanese shopping mall

Recently, I visited a toilet located in a shopping mall in Japan and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet that I decided to take some photos of it.
In Singapore, the toilets in the shopping malls are generally filthy even with the cleaners around to clean them periodically. Of course, the cleanliness of public toilets here are worse and no different from a third world country.

My theory is that the public toilets are dirty because some people really don't know how to use it,as in they could be from very poor countries where the toilet facilities are outdated. If you go to the high end malls in posh suburbs in Malaysia, the toilets are very clean compared to the not so high end ones. Difference is that the latter is frequented by unskilled foreign workers from much poorer countries.Think it could also be the same where you are. Some non locals are not familiar with the toilet flushing system or when it doesn't require a hose. That's why sometimes the toilets are also dirty at major airports on certain routes. Some people from certain countries don't know how to use the toilet, literally. The middle east is home to many foreign workers who fly with the 3 most popular middle east airlines. Ask their crew how these guys use the toilet and how the cabin smells :)

Singaporeans toilet habits are bad too so do not blame the foreigners!

In Japan, the people are homogeneous.( all are the same ethnic type )
They share same customs and habits, therefore easier to conform.

In Singapore, the people are from different ethnic types with very
different idea of what is clean and what is not. And there are lots
of foreign workers, skilled or unskilled does not matter. They just have
very different habits when using toilets.

Its not ALL SINGAPOREANS.
The island is overwhelmed with people from all over the world.
And they all have very different habits.
